help needed please; I have an address with Talkgas.net for my e mails; I read my mails on server and not through Outlook express; I am experiencing problems reading my mail s that have any type of attachment. i am wondering if this is anything to do with adjustments on the talkgas server, or whether there is something i need to adjust on my PC;
I can open the mail but cannot read the message within it. I have Mailwasher through which I can confirm for my own benefit ,that there iS a message for me. needless to say , I have contacted the postmaster at talkgas but have yet to receive a reply; I have spoken with the technical support line and they cannot read the mails either.
support at talkgas have sent me a far from helpful mail, and I am wonering what I might investigate next; any help folks please??
further info; on Tower I have Guard IE as pop-up stopper; on lappy I have google tool bar; on both I now have AGV antivirus, spybot, and adaware; at work we have windows 2000 professional and mcaffey;at work I cannot read the mails either..
