This one is very annoying and infected me. It resets your homepage to ' about:blank ' - se.dll \ sp.html
Now I can usualy take care of these sorts of things myself being confident with computers, but the thing is there are no suspcisous tasks running and yet when you delete the se.dll file and reset registry settings, it reverts them back and replaces the se.dll file almost immediatly.
I removed it by deleting:
abal.dll
se.dll
and changing everything in the registry from about:blank back.
If you can deleted something, hit ctrl + del + F5 and close explorer. Click new, run, cmd and delete them with del command. Failing that,change their permissions to deny from system!
