Windows found problems with the file system (chkdsk)

I just got this interesting error while running chkdsk

Correcting errors in the master file tables (MFT) BITMAP attribute
correcting errors in the volument bitmap
Windows found problems with the file system
Run chkdsk with option /f (fix) to correct this problem.

Option /f gave:

The type of file system is NTFS
cannont lock current drive

chkdsk cannot run because the volume is in use by another process.
