FTP Directory Question

I'm running FileZilla Server as my primary FTP server, and I was wondering. I have apache and FileZilla server installed on my C:\ drive. But my F:\ drive is the one with all the files I want to share FTP wise. Is there some way to set up users to have access to both Harddrives. You can only set one as the home dir. And Consequently that becomes the only harddrive the user has access to to even though, the other harddrive is listed.

Any help?
