Need a host with no rules..

I need a paid host which offers no rules for what kind of content im offering.

I will just let you know it's nothing to do with pornography, adware, etc.. It's just a forum but the content isnt usually allowed. Lets just say we offer free stuff.

Thats not a good idea. Setup your own server. Don't risk someone else's server because you're offering "FREE" stuff on their server. RIAA will be more than happy to come in and shut down if they feel that its Illegal content.
