You can try my ISP (been with them a while) they give unlimited bandwidth, you pay in canadian funds. They are called sparkservers.net. check out thier starter package at $149CAD per month. You can have Plesk control panel unlimited as well. What do you mean no email thing required?

Quite far behind on this post, but we truly beleive our company is different.

Zogmo was founded on the premise of a hosting company that has nothing but the most ethical interactions with it's clients. We will not hide behind and sort of walls when communicating with you. If you have an issue...you can have THE direct line to the company president and he will personally come and take care of you.
