buying my first server help needed PLz

hi all im buying my first server but its just for learning use atm


i want one what i can upgrade to mak eit more powerfull for hosting etc once i no wot im doing needs to be cheap for now so i was looking at a

Dell Poweredge 2300 Desktop Server

Specification
BLACK DESKTOP PIII 550MHZ SERVER WITH 128MB RAM, 4X 18.2GB HARD DRIVE, CDROM, FDD AND PYTHON TAPE DRIVE

ive got a number of parts form my old pc and they should boost it more

heres what i got:
amd 2400mhz processor might have to change th emother board for this
crucial 512mb ddr Ram
and a few other bits


Would this be a good Option to buy coz i havent go tlike hundreds of pounds to spend atm

How much exactly were you planning on spending? Give me the exact specs that you are looking for. I assume that you want to use your AMD so I can fit a server with a mobo that is compatible with that CPU. I can customize the server to your exact needs so you won't get overkill and you wont get parts that you already have.
